Orders go wrong at the connection more often than at the product. A cream charger or N2O tank works only with equipment the manufacturer specifies as compatible; the product name settles nothing about whether a thread or regulator will meet it.
Take three details off the equipment already on the bench. The manufacturer of the regulator or culinary siphon. The model as printed on it. And the unit size it currently accepts.
Send those three with the enquiry and the fit is verified against the current manufacturer instructions before anything is dispatched. One message, no cost.
Two points are worth flagging. Stepping up from a charger to a 5 kg or 10 kg tank normally means a different regulator, not simply a larger unit. And equipment that is damaged, altered, or repaired outside the manufacturer's guidance should not be run at all, regardless of what fits it.
Nitrous oxide is supplied for lawful culinary and food-service preparation, used with compatible equipment and within the applicable regulations. Where a setup is unclear, ask before ordering.
